The personal data will be deleted by the FFG as soon as the purpose of storage and processing ceases to apply, provided that there is no legal obligation for longer storage.

The data is provided to processors of the FFG (e.g. IT service providers) in the context of their contracts, which they procure for the FFG.

In addition, you have the right to transfer this data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to whom the personal data have been provided.

You have the right to have data deleted in certain circumstances, such as when they are not processed in accordance with data protection requirements.

In certain circumstances, you may request that the processing of data be restricted to the extent that it may only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest.
